The website provides free information about Estreemo’s activities and products. Content is for information only: product specifications, configurations and availability must be confirmed in writing by Estreemo.

3. What data we collect
- Browsing data: the systems that run the website acquire, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type). They are used to ensure the operation and security of the website.
- Data provided voluntarily: through the Contacts and Request a demo forms we collect full name, email address, company, phone, product of interest, scenario and message text. Name, email and (for contacts) the message are mandatory: without them we cannot reply to the request.
- Data contained in emails sent to the addresses shown on the website are also processed to reply to requests.
4. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to information, contact and demo requests: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Ensuring the operation and security of the website and preventing abuse: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations and requests from authorities: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Data are not used for marketing communications or profiling.
5. Who we share data with
Data are processed by authorized Estreemo staff and, where needed for the request, by the appointed sales partner (DAGI Security & Consulting S.r.l.). They may also be processed by technical service providers (e.g. hosting and email), appointed as data processors. Data are not disclosed to the public, except at the request of the competent authorities.
6. Where data are processed
Data are processed on servers located in the European Union. Should a transfer outside the EU become necessary, it will take place only with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
7. How long we keep data
Request data are kept for the time needed to handle them and for any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than the terms required by law. Browsing data are kept for the time strictly necessary for website security.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses only one technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), needed to remember the selected language and to protect forms against fraudulent submissions. It is deleted when the browser is closed and, being strictly necessary, does not require consent.
The website does not use profiling, marketing or statistics cookies.
For the website design, fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service (Google Ireland Ltd.): to deliver them, Google receives the visitor’s IP address. Links to Google Maps open the Google service, subject to its own privacy notice.
You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings.
9. How we process data
Processing is carried out electronically, with technical and organisational measures suitable to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, including encrypted connections and protection of forms against automated submissions.
10. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Requests should be sent to info@estreemo.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
